Meditation or Masturbation?

  Studies on meditation have shown that it can help relieve stress, increase the sleep hormone melatonin, improve your posture,  improve your confidence and self control, alleviate some pain and enhance  physical enjoyment .  Unless you are a severe depressive or have a  psychotic illness, in which case it can make your condition worse.

  Studies on masturbation have shown that it can lead to self discovery, relieve stress, help you to sleep, give you temporary pain relief from sore joints, headaches, menstrual cramps…etc, and also can help prevent prostate cancer, also if you suffer from a psychotic illness, hopefully, it will help to keep you off the streets.

   I started off today by doing some research on meditation. It’s funny how, quite often, you start off headed for one place and end up in another.

  All I know, now, is that I need to relax, maybe I should just go….
